Recruiter eyes growth after business park office move
A national recruitment agency is strengthening its North East presence with an office expansion.
Just Dynamic Recruitment (JDR) is set to switch to a larger base on Traynor Business Park, in Peterlee, East Durham.
It is moving into the hub’s Traynor North building, which bosses say will help create a small number of jobs and increase its client book.
The expansion comes less than two years after JDR founded its North East base to complement further sites that stretch from Glasgow to Taunton and across to Belfast.
The business provides temporary and permanent staff support to companies across sectors including manufacturing, engineering, professional services and cleaning.
Its Peterlee team is overseen by sales director Shelley Ward and senior operations manager Nicola Kirton.
Shelley said: “Our move into the North East has been very successful.
“Our first office was perfect; we had a meeting room within Traynor House converted into an office, which meant we had a professional base from which to grow.”
Nicola added: “By the end of last year, we knew we needed a bigger office.
“Our new office in Traynor North will give us the extra space we need and enable us to recruit another member of staff or two.”
Andy Rothwell, director of North East Commercial, which owns and manages Traynor Business Park, said JDR’s expansion was evidence of the site’s commitment to providing “high-quality space that encourages an entrepreneurial culture”.
He added: “Shelley and Nicola are ready to move into a bigger suite, and we have found them something that ticks all the boxes in Traynor North.
“It’s great to see them doing so well.”
JDR’s national office estate includes further sites in Bristol, Dundee, Leeds, Manchester and Swansea.
