Double royal honour for Perfect pair
An Aberdeenshire hygiene services company is celebrating royal recognition after securing a prestigious Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King.
Perfect Hygiene has been granted the honour in recognition of its role as a supplier of hygiene and washroom services to the Royal Household.
The award means both Perfect Hygiene and its sister company, Perfectshine, now hold Royal Warrants.
Perfectshine, which provides specialist window and exterior cleaning services, received its warrant from The King in 2024.
Steve Kennedy, managing director of Perfect Hygiene, said: “We are very pleased to have been granted a Royal Warrant of Appointment by His Majesty The King.
“This acknowledges the consistency and commitment of our team.
“It is a great honour for both Perfect Hygiene and Perfectshine to hold Royal Warrants.”
Sandy Manson, Lord-Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire, the King’s representative in the county, added: “It was a great pleasure to visit Perfect Hygiene after it was granted a Royal Warrant, and to see what it means for the business.
“This distinction is a clear reflection of the company's sustained excellence, professionalism, and commitment to the highest standards of service.
“Perfect Hygiene's achievement is a source of considerable pride for Aberdeenshire and it joins a very distinguished list of Royal Warrant Holders in the North East of Scotland.
“I warmly congratulate all involved on this well-deserved honour.”
Founded in 2017 by directors Steve and Claire Forbes, Perfect Hygiene provides hygiene, sanitary and clinical waste services to organisations across Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland.
Its services include healthcare waste support, sharps disposal and washroom solutions for commercial, public and third-sector clients.
Together, Perfect Hygiene and Perfectshine employ a combined workforce of 50 people.
