Accountancy firm grows with practice agreement
An accountancy and business advisory firm has bolstered its portfolio.
Xeinadin has added Alan W Simons & Co to its stable.
The national operator says the Bournemouth-based practice will “strengthen its commitment to SMEs on the south coast”.
It adds Alan W Simons & Co’s six-person team will continue providing services including audit, tax, VAT and advisory support from its Dorset base, with backing from Xeinadin’s wider infrastructure and specialist teams.
Andrew Gaete, Xeinadin South East managing partner, said: “Alan and his team in Bournemouth have been supporting local businesses in their daily operations for the past 30 years.
“You couldn’t find a more suitable team to continue that mission for Xeinadin if you tried.”
Alan, Xeinadin director, added: “We’ve always taken a long-term view, working closely with businesses and the families behind them.
“Being part of a wider organisation allows us to continue that approach.”
The deal comes just weeks after Xeinadin added Blackpool-based insolvency practice Campbell Crossley & Davis to its operations.
