Breck Homes strengthens Yorkshire team
Lancashire-based property developer Breck Homes has appointed Daniel Baines as development designer as it continues to expand its Yorkshire operations.
Based at the company’s Leeds office, Daniel joins from Leeds architecture practice NW Architects and brings more than 20 years of experience across the architecture and residential sectors.
In his new role, he will focus on masterplanning development sites at planning and tender stage, alongside producing 3D models to support pre-construction activity.
Daniel began his career after completing an architecture degree and has also gained experience managing furniture, fixtures and equipment installations.
He said: “Breck’s track record and growth plans in the affordable housing sector impressed me immensely and I think this is a great opportunity to develop in a young and growing company.
“Providing quality affordable homes is as important now as it has ever been and, together with our partners, I believe we can make a difference to lives and communities across Yorkshire.”
The appointment comes as Breck Homes continues its growth across Yorkshire.
Having opened its Leeds office in 2025, the business has delivered more than 1000 homes since its formation and is currently recruiting for several additional roles within its expanding regional team.
Nigel Robson, regional managing director (Yorkshire) at Breck Homes, added: “Great design is central to creating high-quality homes and communities, and Daniel brings a strong architectural background, technical understanding and valuable experience across a range of development sectors.
“As we continue to expand our pipeline and work with partners to deliver much-needed affordable homes, Daniel will help us shape schemes that are well-designed, sustainable and rooted in the needs of the people who will live there.”
