Marrons expands Milton Keynes team
Milton Keynes-based planning-led consultancy Marrons has appointed Darcey Fisher as urban designer as it continues to strengthen its national design offering.
Darcey joins from CSA Environmental and brings experience in residential-led masterplanning and project delivery across the UK.
During her career, she has led the preparation of development framework plans, illustrative masterplans and design and access statements to support planning applications.
She has also worked closely with planners, architects, landscape specialists and environmental consultants to deliver policy-compliant development schemes.
In her new role, Darcey will join Marrons’ masterplanning and urban design team, supporting projects across the country.
She said: “I was drawn to Marrons by the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of residential and mixed-use projects and to work with a team that values both creativity and collaboration.
“I’m particularly excited to see schemes I’ve helped design come to life, balancing sustainability, design quality and deliverability.”
Her appointment forms part of the firm’s continued investment in its multidisciplinary design services, which include architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and graphic design.
Matthew Smith, associate urban designer at Marrons, added: “Darcey brings strong experience in urban design and masterplanning, combining technical skill with creativity and a collaborative approach.
“Her contribution will help strengthen our national project delivery and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality, sustainable developments for our clients.”
