Silverstone Building Consultancy promotes senior surveyors
Newcastle-based building surveying and project management firm Silverstone Building Consultancy has promoted Josh Brown to senior associate director and Martin Bradley to associate director following a period of growth.
Both surveyors bring 17 years of industry experience and play a key role in delivering construction projects and building surveys for clients across the UK.
Martin steps up from his previous role as senior building surveyor, while Josh joins the firm's senior leadership team as senior associate director.
Martin said: “I’m proud to have been promoted and look forward to playing a role in Silverstone’s continued growth while supporting the team and clients across the business.”
Josh added: “Being promoted to senior associate director is a proud milestone in my career.
“I’m looking forward to mentoring the next generation of surveyors and helping drive the business forward.”
The promotions follow the successful delivery of several major projects, including the refurbishment of a Grade II-listed building for Newcastle Building Society and a programme of property upgrades for Hitachi Construction Machinery UK.
With offices in Newcastle, Leeds and London, Silverstone Building Consultancy continues to invest in its team as it expands its project portfolio nationwide.
Richard Farrey, director at Silverstone Building Consultancy, added: “Josh and Martin have consistently delivered a high standard of work for our clients and they thoroughly deserve these promotions.”
