Identity Consult expands with promotions

Salford-based development and construction consultancy Identity Consult (IC) has strengthened its team with four promotions as it continues to expand across the North of England.

Aimee Harrison and Clive Durkin have both been promoted to associate project manager, while Isaac Samuel has stepped up to consultant quantity surveyor and Tim Raines has been promoted to senior consultant quantity surveyor.

The promotions coincide with the firm's move to a new office at Salford Quays, supporting its long-term growth plans and increasing presence across the region.

Alex Atkinson, senior director for IC in the North West, said: “This move is an exciting new chapter for the IC North West team. 

“It reflects our commitment to supporting and strengthening our team, whilst helping us continue to deliver the high-quality homes, community spaces, and infrastructure that the North West and other regions need, from a modern and accessible location. 

“Once again, we’ve announced another round of key promotions which not only shows our ongoing support to our team but acknowledges their drive, ambition and talent.” 

This year marks Identity Consult’s 20th anniversary and follows a period of continued expansion for the business, which employs more than 70 people nationwide.

With offices across the North and the Midlands, the consultancy continues to invest in its team and capabilities as it delivers project management, cost consultancy and development advisory services across the UK.
