Agency brushes up with beauty contract
A Leeds-based brand communications agency has added a touch of gloss to its client portfolio after securing a contract with a global beauty brand.
Principles has been appointed by Revlon to design and deliver the cosmetics company’s presence at the Boots Self Selection Conference at ICC Wales.
The agency, which is headquartered in Headingley, was tasked with creating a bespoke 4m x 4m activation space to showcase a selection of Revlon's key products and latest innovations to Boots stakeholders.
Its remit covered creative concept development, print production and the full stand build, with a focus on maximising product visibility and brand impact throughout the event.
The project marks the latest client win for Principles as it continues to expand its portfolio across branding, experiential marketing and production services, particularly within the consumer and retail sectors.
Liz Bryne, director at Principles, said: “We help brands win the moments that matter the most, these are the points when decisions are made and minds are changed, so the opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand like Revlon at such an important event was hugely exciting for the team.
“Our role was to ensure the stand not only captured attention on the day, but reflected the world-renowned confidence, creativity and quality associated with the Revlon brand.”
Jason Johnson, shopper marketing and brand activation manager at Revlon, added: “We were looking for a partner that could combine creativity, practical delivery and a strong understanding of retail presentation, and Principles stood out immediately.
“The team quickly understood our vision of how we wanted Revlon to show up at the event and brought a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to the project from day one.
“We were excited to see the final stand come to life at ICC Wales and get such a positive reaction.”
