Town Centre Securities appoints facilities chief
Leeds-based property investment and car parking operator Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS) has appointed Matthew Gibson as senior facilities manager as it continues to strengthen its operational leadership team.
Matthew joins the business with extensive experience in facilities management, operations and security across complex property environments.
In his new role, he will oversee hard and soft facilities management services, alongside 24-hour security operations across the company’s mixed-use portfolio.
Matthew will be responsible for maintaining high standards of compliance, maintenance and customer service, while also supporting sustainability initiatives and operational improvements.
He said: “I’m pleased to be joining TCS at an exciting time for the business.
“I look forward to working with the team to build on the strong operational foundations in place, driving high standards, supporting our occupiers and ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused environments across the portfolio.”
Matthew’s appointment reflects TCS’s continued investment in talent and leadership as it focuses on the long-term performance of its assets.
Founded in Leeds, the company owns and manages a diverse portfolio of retail, office, residential and leisure properties across the UK.
