Coaching firm eyes growth with new digital platform

A North East executive coaching firm is targeting national and international growth after securing investment to launch a digital platform designed to help individuals and teams improve performance.

IS THIS YOU? has received backing from Mercia Ventures to support the development and rollout of Advantage OS, a software platform built around the company’s coaching methodology.

The new platform translates the firm’s coaching approach into a digital product, enabling users to assess their current position, set goals and follow structured development pathways. 

It combines performance frameworks, practical tools and accountability features, alongside gamification elements designed to encourage consistent progress.

IS THIS YOU? has previously worked with organisations including Newcastle-headquartered software giant Sage, and says the platform will allow it to scale its services beyond one-to-one and small group coaching.

They add the funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand the team and support go-to-market activity as the business grows its presence across the UK and overseas.

By moving its coaching model into a digital format, the company aims to make performance coaching more accessible while increasing its reach to support larger numbers of individuals and organisations.
