Baines Jewitt welcomes new accounting professional
Stockton-based chartered accountancy firm Baines Jewitt has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jenny Townsley.
Jenny joins the Teesside firm from a family-run accountancy practice in Stockton and brings experience supporting clients across a range of accounting and financial matters.
She holds the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting, the highest level of the AAT qualification pathway.
Jenny said: “As well as helping with bookkeeping and processing monthly and quarterly VAT returns, I love being part of a larger team and hope there will be more opportunities to grow my career within the organisation.”
Baines Jewitt is one of the largest independent firms of chartered accountants, business advisers and tax specialists in the Tees Valley, supporting businesses and individuals across the region.
Jenny’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in its team as it develops its accountancy and advisory services.
Don Adams, director at Baines Jewitt, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Jenny to our firm.
“Her professional skills, hard work and commitment to development will be of great benefit to our clients and our company as a whole.”
