Gateley promotes pair in Guildford
Professional services group Gateley has announced two senior promotions in its Guildford office.
Property specialist David Hutber has been promoted to legal director.
He advises housebuilders on land acquisitions and supports residential development projects ranging from smaller schemes to large-scale developments.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Butterfill has been promoted to principal land consultant within Gateley Hamer, the group’s specialist property consultancy.
Jennifer leads the land referencing and property research team, advising government agencies, local authorities and private sector organisations on statutory processes required for infrastructure and development projects across the UK.
Their promotions further strengthen Gateley’s integrated property offering, which combines legal and consultancy expertise to support clients throughout the development lifecycle.
Louise Paterson, partner and Guildford office head, said: “Congratulations to David and Jennifer on their well-deserved promotions, which are testament to the fantastic results they have delivered on behalf of our clients in the past 12 months.
“Attracting and rewarding the very best local talent remains incredibly important to us as we continue to work on some of the region’s biggest development projects, so it gives us great pride to announce these promotions.”
