Senior consultant joins AspinallVerdi’s growing London team
Property regeneration consultancy AspinallVerdi has appointed George Lyth as senior consultant as it continues to expand its presence across London and the South East.
Based at the firm’s Clerkenwell office, George joins from Knight Frank, where he was part of the education and charities team within its development land department.
He brings experience across development consultancy, agency and Red Book valuations, advising on a range of institutional property projects throughout London and the South East.
In his new role, George will support local authorities and developers on regeneration and viability projects across the region.
His experience includes work on schemes such as the Clapham Junction Masterplan, the Watford Capacity Study and whole-plan viability assessments for councils including Hastings, Horsham and Rochford.
George’s appointment follows the recent arrival of consultant Sophie Rodriguez from Savills and reflects continued growth within AspinallVerdi’s London operation, led by executive director Parminder Dosanjh.
Founded in 2009, AspinallVerdi employs more than 30 people across offices in Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham and London, advising public and private sector clients on regeneration, viability, development and property strategy projects.
Executive director Parminder Dosanjh, head of the firm’s London office, said: “As we progress our commitment to strengthening our team and enhancing the scope of services we offer, George’s appointment adds valuable expertise to our established chartered surveyors and chartered town planners.”
