Workspace provider expands London portfolio

A flexible workspace provider is expanding its central London footprint with the launch of a new Holborn location.

Canvas Offices will open Kingsbourne House at 229-231 High Holborn in July, adding to its growing portfolio of London workspaces.

The new site is located close to Holborn station and within walking distance of Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road and other central destinations.

Kingsbourne House sits near Canvas’ existing spaces at 175 High Holborn and 88 Kingsway, strengthening the company’s presence in the area.

The six-floor Edwardian building has been refurbished by Canvas’ in-house design team, with a focus on natural light, bespoke furnishings and a “home away from home” feel.

Facilities include private offices for teams of 12 to 145 people, meeting rooms, phone booths, communal and breakout areas, a basement gym (pictured below) and an expansive rooftop terrace.

Canvas Offices, which was established in 2018, now operates 16 locations across London, including sites in Shoreditch, Farringdon, Holborn and Mayfair.

Its spaces are home to a range of businesses and brands including Rough Trade, Football Co, Freixenet and Von Dutch.
