3PL appoints head of customer experience
Technology-enabled fulfilment and logistics provider 3PL, based in Wigan, has appointed Ryan Walker as head of customer experience, marking his return to the firm in a newly created role.
The appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in customer service following a period of technological development and operational evolution.
As head of customer experience, Ryan will lead initiatives to enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints, driving service excellence, customer engagement and closer integration between people, processes and technology.
His role will support 3PL’s wider strategy of investing in both talent and technology to deliver responsive customer support and strengthen its fulfilment offering.
The appointment comes as the business continues to grow, with Ryan focusing on ensuring customers remain at the heart of decision-making while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
