Breck Homes strengthens Yorkshire team
Housebuilder Breck Homes has appointed Ian Robinson as contracts manager as it continues to expand its presence across Yorkshire.
Ian joins from Bellway Yorkshire and brings extensive experience in construction and site management, having held a number of senior roles within the housebuilding sector.
Based at the company’s Leeds office, he will oversee the delivery of developments from start to finish, managing build programmes, project timelines and quality, health and safety standards across live sites.
His previous roles include construction director at Hogg Builders, construction manager at V&A Homes and Yelcon Homes, and senior site manager positions with Barratt and Bellway Homes.
Ian, who is from Easingwold, near York, said: “Breck is building something exciting across the North and I wanted to be part of that journey.
“My focus is on helping the business deliver much needed new homes and ensuring our developments are run safely and to the standards our partners expect.
“There is a real opportunity for Breck to be a major force in housebuilding and I am looking forward to playing a role in that.”
Founded in Lancashire in 2020, Breck Homes has delivered more than 1,000 homes and has a development pipeline of more than 2200 properties.
The company opened its Leeds office in 2025 as part of its Yorkshire expansion.
Nigel Robson, regional managing director (Yorkshire) at Breck Homes, added: “Ian’s appointment is another important step in strengthening our Yorkshire team as we continue to grow our delivery capability across the region.
“As we expand in Yorkshire, it is vital we build a team of people who share our values and our commitment to doing things properly.
“Ian brings a proven track record in construction management, with the technical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to deliver affordable homes at pace, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.”
