Niall advises UK banks, debt funds, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance.
The firm has also promoted corporate lawyer Ryan Brown and complex recovery specialist Annabel Chapman to legal director.
In its residential development team, Celine Boys and Jennifer Edwards become senior associates, while Stephen Redmond has been promoted to associate.
Elsewhere, Gateley’s consultancy businesses have announced three promotions, with Daniel Snow appointed associate director at Gateley Capitus, Ross Hazelwood promoted to associate at Gateley Hamer and Rachel Bright becoming an associate at Austen Hays.
Richard Healey, board member and London office head, said: “Congratulations to everybody who has been promoted this year after a year of hard work which has delivered fantastic results for our clients.
“The breadth of practices in which we have promoted this year is testament to the wide variety of services we offer across an exceptional team here in London.
“We look forward to supporting each of those promoted as they take the next steps in their career at Gateley.”
The London promotions form part of a wider round of 69 promotions across Gateley's UK and Dubai offices, including 11 new partners.
