Harrison Drury appoints director to Preston corporate team
Independent Northern law firm Harrison Drury has appointed Victoria Bromiley as legal director in its Preston corporate team.
Victoria joins from Napthens and brings two decades of corporate law experience, advising business owners and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and other corporate transactions.
During her career, she has led deals across sectors including leisure, healthcare, automotive and retail.
She also advises investors, funders, private equity firms and other institutions on a broad range of M&A activity.
Victoria said: “Harrison Drury is a leading name in the North West legal market and this was a great opportunity to continue developing my career as part of a growing, highly regarded corporate team in the region.”
Victoria’s appointment takes Harrison Drury’s North West corporate team to 20 members, including four based in Preston.
In the last financial year, the team advised on 64 transactions with a combined value of more than £400 million.
Harrison Drury’s corporate team is ranked by both The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, with a number of its lawyers also recognised individually for their expertise.
Andrew Clare, partner in Harrison Drury’s corporate team, added: “We continue to grow our corporate team across the whole region and Victoria adds further experience and technical know-how to our team in Preston.
“In addition to supporting clients through transactions, Victoria is also well versed in corporate governance matters, including company structures and shareholder arrangements – advice that is invaluable to our clients.
“We’re delighted she is joining the team.”
