IDHL appoints chief operating officer
Digital marketing specialist IDHL, headquartered in Leeds, has appointed Dan Paget as chief operating officer as the business prepares for its next phase of growth.
Dan joins with more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in the digital sector. During his time at Jellyfish, he helped grow the agency from 60 to 2200 employees and oversaw the integration of 15 acquisitions into a single operating model.
He later held global leadership roles at Brainlabs, where he redesigned the agency's operating model to improve delivery, specialist career development and support international expansion before becoming UK chief operating officer.
At IDHL, Dan will focus on bringing the group’s capabilities closer together through a more unified operating model, increased collaboration across its agencies and the continued integration of recent acquisitions.
Dan said: “What stood out to me about IDHL was the strong cultural alignment with my own values and the scale of the opportunity ahead.
“Even in a world shaped by AI and automation, the biggest competitive advantage is still people and teamwork.
“IDHL already has a strong business and brilliant people in place and I’m excited to help bring teams even closer together, sharpen our offering and supercharge the next stage of growth.”
Dan’s appointment comes as IDHL continues to invest in innovation, including a £1.5 million commitment to its AI division, IDHL Labs, while expanding its presence in the US.
Lewis Sellers, chief executive of IDHL, added: “We are delighted to welcome Dan to IDHL.
“His people-first approach is a strong fit for our business, and I’m confident he will help unlock new opportunities across the group by creating a more unified, integrated operating model and further strengthen our propositions and delivery.”
