RivingtonHark appoints portfolio director

Shopping centre and urban regeneration specialist RivingtonHark has appointed Ilan Goldman as portfolio director as it continues to expand its asset management platform and pursue new investment opportunities across the UK.

Ilan brings more than 30 years of experience in shopping centres, mixed-use developments and regeneration projects, with expertise in repositioning assets to unlock long-term value.

His previous projects include securing planning consent for the redevelopment of St John’s Shopping Centre in Preston into a mixed-use destination featuring 500 homes, an NHS health hub and food and drink space. 

He also led the delivery of Kendal College's educational campus within Westmorland Shopping Centre.

In his new role, Ilan will support RivingtonHark's acquisition strategy while overseeing a portfolio that includes Liverpool St John's Shopping Centre, together with Palace Gardens and Exchange Enfield on behalf of DWS.

Ilan said: “I have known David Lewis and RivingtonHark for over 15 years and have long admired their entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and impressive track record of delivering high-profile projects across the UK.

Ilan’s appointment further strengthens RivingtonHark’s asset management and investment capabilities as the business continues to grow its presence across the UK retail and regeneration market.
