Partners PR wins HR consultancy brief
A Yorkshire communications agency has secured a new client as it continues to expand its portfolio across the professional services sector.
York-based Partners PR has been appointed by HR consultancy McMillan & Associates to deliver public relations support as the firm looks to raise its profile and accelerate growth within the SME market.
Founded in 2018, McMillan & Associates has grown into a team of 15 HR professionals and associates based at Clifton Moor, in York.
The consultancy provides HR advice alongside organisational development, training, coaching and mediation services.
Under the new partnership, Partners PR will lead media relations, thought leadership and wider profile-raising activity, targeting business leaders, HR decision makers and SME owners.
The collaboration brings together two York-based consultancies with a shared focus on practical advice, straightforward communication and long-term client relationships.
Partners PR director Karen Tinkler said: “It’s been a great start with McMillan.
“The company has brilliant credentials, and a fantastic team whose ethos and way of working aligns well with our own.
“We thoroughly look forward to continuing to support McMillan’s goals, as well as finding opportunities to collaborate beyond the PR campaign.”
Natalie McMillan, founder of McMillan & Associates, added: “Our business is poised for growth and there are opportunities to educate the SME sector on key HR topics.
“It was important we found a communications partner that shared our straight-talking, pragmatic style and fully understood our values to get that messaging out there.
“We have found that with Partners PR.
“The team have already added value through the early opportunities they have generated.”
