Your staff are already using AI. Free session helps North East employers get ahead of it.

Whether businesses have planned for it or not, AI is already in their workplace. Staff are using it to draft emails, summarise reports and speed up everyday tasks, often quietly and without any real oversight.

We Are Zenith, the North East people partnership and recruitment specialist, is inviting employers to a free info session on the Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship, a funded route to build genuine AI capability inside a team, with governance, risk awareness and oversight built in from the start.

The 45-minute session is aimed at anyone in HR, Ops, L&D, or team leadership who has thought "we should probably get ahead of this AI thing" but hasn't had the headspace to work out how.

Attendees will leave the session knowing:

What AI and automation actually mean in a workplace context, no jargon
Where the real risks sit, including bias, data protection and overreliance, and how to manage them
What the apprenticeship covers, and who in the team it's built for
How it turns AI curiosity into genuine business value, not just a buzzword on a slide
Why funded, structured learning beats letting AI adoption happen by accident

The session comes at a pointed moment. Funding rules are shifting from August 2026, with co-investment rates rising and government top-ups disappearing for some routes. Employers who've been weighing up apprenticeship-funded development are being encouraged to use this session to get their questions answered before the changes land.

There's no pitch deck overload and no tech-bro buzzwords, just a straight, honest conversation about what the apprenticeship is, who it suits, and whether it's right for the organisation, with the Zenith team on hand throughout to answer whatever comes up.
