Bibby Financial Services boosts sales team
Financial services provider Bibby Financial Services has appointed Oliver Batley as head of sales for its asset finance business.
Oliver joins with nearly 14 years’ experience in asset finance, most recently serving as area sales director at Lloyds Banking Group, where he helped shape sales strategy and commercial banking growth.
Based in Leeds with a national remit, he will lead a team of eight as Bibby Financial Services looks to expand its support for UK SMEs through its broker and vendor channels while targeting new sectors.
Oliver said: “Bibby Financial Services is a unique business that puts customers at the heart of its approach, so I’m delighted to join at such an exciting time in our development.
“We have a fantastic opportunity to accelerate our growth further, and I’m looking forward to working with new brokers and vendors, as well as reconnecting with my existing network.”
Oliver’s appointment forms part of the company’s continued investment in its asset finance offering as it drives growth across its national sales operation.
