People Talks is here: our first podcast episode is live

We've just launched something new. People Talks is our first ever podcast series, and we couldn't have asked for a better guest to kick things off.

For episode one, we sat down with Stephen Rutherford, CEO of Hebburn Town Football Club. What starts out as a chat about football ends up somewhere much bigger. We talk about the journey the club is on, why community matters so much to Stephen and the team at Hebburn Town, and what belonging really looks like when you build it properly.

We also get into leadership. Not the textbook version, but what it actually means to lead with people at the front of every decision you make.

This episode is the start of something bigger for us. People Talks is all about talking to people across the North East and hearing their stories, their journeys, and what the rest of us can learn from them. We think there's a lot of value in these conversations, and we can't wait to share more of them.
