Law firm Robinson Ralph expands team
Leeds-based specialist employment law firm Robinson Ralph has strengthened its team with the appointment of three solicitors and a practice support assistant as part of its continued growth.
Ella Nourmand has joined the firm from Stewarts, alongside Omar Ghaffoor from Morrish Solicitors and Isabelle Heathcote from Pipetta Ltd, with all three appointed as solicitors. Crystal-Rose Learoyd has also joined the growing team as practice support assistant, having previously worked at Knights Professional Services.
Robinson Ralph said the new recruits will help expand its service offering as it continues to invest in its long-term growth strategy and strengthen its position in the employment law sector.
Chief executive and co-founder Juliet Ralph said: “When Simon and I founded Robinson Ralph in 2018, it was just the two of us with a clear vision of building an employment law firm that combined high-quality legal advice with a genuinely supportive and enjoyable place to work.
“Eight years later, seeing a team of ten talented people come together feels like a significant milestone in our journey.
“We have worked hard to grow in a way that protects the culture that has always been so important to us, and we are incredibly proud of the team we have built.
“What excites me most is not simply the growth itself, but the quality of the people who have joined us.
“Each new team member brings expertise, enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering an exceptional service to our clients.
“We believe that creates a strong foundation for the next chapter of Robinson Ralph’s growth.”
