Naylors announces senior promotions

Commercial property consultancy Naylors has announced three senior promotions as part of its ongoing growth strategy.

Jessica Ross and Louis Donaldson have been promoted from associate partners to salaried partners, while Mark Greener has progressed from chartered building surveyor to senior surveyor.

The promotions strengthen the firm’s office agency, property and facilities management, and building consultancy teams. 

Jessica leads the office agency team, advising landlords, developers and occupiers across the North East. 

Louis supports clients with commercial property portfolios across the UK through the firm's property and facilities management division, while Mark delivers project management and surveying services within the building consultancy team.

Based in Newcastle city centre, the 40-strong consultancy manages industrial, office, investment and retail assets nationwide. 

The promotions form part of Naylors’ three-year strategy to support continued growth and enhance client delivery.
