Bradley Hall grows marketing team

National property consultancy Bradley Hall has expanded its specialist marketing team with the appointment of marketing executive Lili Mattinson, as the firm continues to invest in its central support functions alongside the growth of its national office network.

Based at the company’s Newcastle head office, Lili joins from Barbour, where she gained experience in data analysis, customer insights and cross-department strategy.

In her new role, she will help deliver marketing campaigns, enhance Bradley Hall’s digital presence and provide support to colleagues across the firm's expanding network of offices.

Lili said: “I am delighted to have joined Bradley Hall and to be part of such an ambitious and growing business.

“The opportunity to work with colleagues across the UK and contribute to the firm’s marketing strategy was something that really appealed to me.

“I’m looking forward to supporting our offices, strengthening the Bradley Hall brand and helping showcase the fantastic work taking place across the business.”

Lili joins a marketing team led by group director of corporate communications Cassie Moyse, alongside senior marketing executive Anna Emmerson Robinson and senior designer Jon Alsancak.

The department works across the business to deliver strategic marketing, public relations, digital campaigns, events, branding and business development initiatives.

Cassie added: “Our marketing function has evolved significantly in recent years, becoming a strategic growth function that supports the wider business through data-driven decision making, business development and operational support.

“As Bradley Hall continues to grow, marketing plays a vital role in strengthening our brand, supporting our people and creating opportunities across the business.

“Lili’s appointment has made an important contribution to the continued development of our marketing function, bringing valuable experience and a forward-thinking approach to the team.

“Her appointment reflects our continued investment in the people and infrastructure that support Bradley Hall's ambitious growth plans.

“Lili has already settled in as a valued member of the team, working with our various offices and teams and delivering some great campaigns.

“I’m looking forward to her growth and the impact that this has on our team and marketing and business development output.”

The appointment forms part of Bradley Hall’s wider growth strategy, with the expanded team set to strengthen the firm's marketing activity and support its increasing national presence.

The consultancy now employs almost 100 people across 13 UK offices, combining local property expertise with dedicated central support functions to deliver services across its residential, commercial and professional divisions.
