IT firms join forces 'to create stronger offer'

Two technology businesses have joined forces to expand IT and cybersecurity services.

Wakefield-based Bellingham IT and Barnsley-headquartered Arcus Technology have announced a partnership that brings together “deep technical expertise” in IT consultancy, managed services and digital transformation, “creating a stronger proposition for clients”.

The collaboration combines Bellingham IT’s consultancy experience, particularly in the property and construction sectors, with Arcus Technology’s managed IT services and technical support capabilities.

Together, bosses say the firms will provide clients with a broader portfolio of services, including IT strategy, managed support, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, business continuity, compliance and digital transformation.

The partnership also extends to unified communications and managed print services.

Led by IT consultant Paul Heigham, Bellingham IT works with organisations to strengthen cyber resilience and support technology-led business change, while Arcus Technology has more than 17 years’ experience delivering managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity services to public and private sector organisations.

Paul says the partnership will give clients access to a wider pool of specialist expertise while retaining the personalised service and close working relationships for which both companies are known.

The agreement also strengthens capabilities across infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, enabling the two firms to deliver integrated technology solutions that support growth, improve operational resilience and help organisations respond to an increasingly digital business environment.
