Yasper expands team with PR specialist
Leeds-based PR and stakeholder engagement agency Yasper has appointed Caroline Joynson as it continues to grow its team and client portfolio.
Caroline brings more than 25 years’ experience in public relations across agency and in-house roles, including at the National Science & Media Museum in Bradford.
Most recently, she spent 12 years as an independent PR consultant, advising clients across B2B, consumer and founder communications.
In her new role, Caroline will support Yasper’s expanding client base across sectors including property, technology, defence, infrastructure and transport.
Caroline said: “After 12 years as an independent consultant, the move back into a team had to be the right fit – and Yasper is perfect.
“The team is incredibly experienced, passionate and collaborative, and I’m delighted to be part of it.
“The opportunity to work with such a diverse range of clients, particularly on major infrastructure projects across the region, is hugely exciting.
“It’s also fantastic to be part of a team again, both in terms of Yasper and its sister agency Umpf.”
Founded in 2023, Yasper has grown year on year and recently secured a number of significant new business wins.
The agency works with organisations across the public and private sectors, providing media relations, political communications and stakeholder engagement services nationwide.
Julian Pearce, founder of Yasper, added: “It’s been a huge year for the agency and we’re very lucky to have secured someone of Caroline’s credentials and calibre as we continue to grow and develop as a business.
“She brings ideas and added knowledge to the business as we go through a period of sustained growth.
“We’re now working across a range of public and private sector clients and on some of the most exciting regeneration projects in the North.
“Our geographical footprint continues to expand as we’ve taken on new work in the capital, as well as some great projects here on our doorstep.
“Caroline will be a true asset to the agency as we continue to prove our credentials.”
