S&W invests in business tax practice with Newcastle Partner appointment

S&W, the fast-growing professional services group, is continuing to invest in its business tax practice with the appointment of Debbie Reith as Partner in its research & development (R&D) team in Newcastle, forming part of the firm's long-term growth strategy and continued investment across the north.

Debbie joins S&W with more than 20 years' experience in corporate tax and innovation incentives. She joins from KPMG, where she spent almost two decades, most recently as a Partner in the firm's innovation reliefs & incentives team. During her career, she has specialised in helping businesses maximise the tax reliefs available for innovation and technology investment, including R&D tax credits and Patent Box incentives.

Debbie has significant experience supporting businesses across a range of sectors throughout their innovation lifecycle, from securing funding and incentives through to navigating complex tax and compliance requirements.
