Johnson Fellows appoints associate partner

Birmingham-based property consultancy Johnson Fellows has appointed Sam Gifford as associate partner, strengthening its property management team.

Sam joins with more than 14 years’ experience in commercial property management, having managed complex national property portfolios on behalf of asset managers, landlords and occupiers.

Throughout his career, he has advised clients including Adapt Real Estate, Mileway Real Estate, M7 Real Estate and a range of private investors.

In his new role, Sam will support Johnson Fellows’ property management team as it continues to deliver services across a broad portfolio of commercial property assets.
