Knights strengthens Leeds commercial team
Legal and professional services business Knights has appointed James Ruane as partner in its Leeds commercial team.
James joins after almost 18 years at Eversheds Sutherland, bringing specialist expertise in technology contracts, outsourcing arrangements and digital transformation projects.
He advises businesses on strategic outsourcing, technology procurement and the implementation of technology solutions, helping clients manage complex commercial arrangements with suppliers and service providers.
In his new role, James will enhance Knights’ commercial offering by providing specialist advice on technology and outsourcing matters to businesses across Yorkshire and beyond.
