Lucky North expands team with five promotions and hires

Leeds-based PR agency Lucky North has expanded its team with a series of appointments and promotions following a year of strong growth.

Emily Ireton-Bourke has joined the agency as junior account manager from GOLD79, while Molly Fairhurst and Erinma Nedum have been appointed as account executives.

The agency has also promoted Lottie Ireland to senior account manager, Beth Pearson-McCann to account director and Chloe Anderson to senior account executive.

Together, the expanded team will support Lucky North’s growing client portfolio across sectors including housebuilding, legal, consumer brands and waste management.

Kiran Watson, director at Lucky North, said: “We are delighted to welcome Emily, Molly and Erinma to our team.

“Our new hires and internal promotions bring fresh perspectives and specialist expertise to the team, strengthening the support we offer our clients as they grow and evolve.”

The appointments and promotions reflect Lucky North’s continued investment in its people, strengthening the agency's client services team following more than 40 per cent turnover growth in 2025.

Lucy Baird, director at Lucky North, added: “PR is having a real moment.

“As more people use AI to find and compare businesses, regular mentions in trusted editorial coverage are becoming increasingly important to whether a brand appears in those answers.

“Clients recognise that PR no longer just builds reputation; it helps make their businesses discoverable in an entirely new search landscape.

“That growing demand helped us increase turnover by 40 per cent last year, and we’re on track for a further 30 per cent increase this year.

“With our expanded team, we can help more clients build the visibility and credibility they need to grow.”
