Punch Hospitality and HotelLogic have launched an exclusive 12-month partnership

Hospitality duo target hidden hotel revenue

Two Yorkshire hospitality specialists have joined forces in a new partnership aimed at helping hotels uncover hidden revenue and get more from their technology.

Pudsey-based Punch Hospitality has agreed an exclusive 12-month partnership with Leeds-headquartered HotelLogic, becoming the hotel technology specialist’s first agency partner.

The collaboration combines HotelLogic’s technology assessment platform with Punch Hospitality’s commercial and revenue growth expertise.

Through a Hotel Technology Diagnostic, operators can assess how effectively existing systems work together and identify gaps that could be affecting conversions, operational efficiency, guest experience and revenue.

Rather than immediately recommending new technology, the service maps existing systems before producing an evidence-based report, prioritised recommendations and a 90-day action plan.

It can be used by individual hotels, groups and management companies, as well as across multiple properties to identify common issues and improve consistency.

The partnership comes as hotels continue to invest heavily in technology spanning booking engines, property management and CRM platforms to payment systems and guest communications.

Hospitality Technology’s 2026 Lodging Technology Study suggests hotels allocate around 4.25 per cent of revenue to technology, equivalent to more than £210,000 annually for a business turning over £5 million.

Louise Wright, commercial director at Punch Hospitality, said: “Hotels are investing in more technology than ever before, from property management systems and booking engines to CRM platforms, websites, payment systems, and guest communications.

“But many leadership teams don’t have a clear picture of how well these systems work together or whether they’re delivering the commercial value they should.

“Our partnership with HotelLogic means we can establish the facts before making recommendations.

“We can show clients exactly what technology they have, how well it works together, and where improvements could create commercial value before they invest.

“That fits perfectly with our approach because successful customer acquisition, conversion, and retention all depend on the technology and booking experience behind the scenes.”

Stewart Moss, founder of HotelLogic, added: “Technology decisions should start with understanding the commercial challenge, not choosing a product.

“Our diagnostic gives hotels an independent view of their technology landscape, while Punch brings the hospitality expertise to turn those insights into practical commercial action.

“Together, we're helping operators make better-informed technology decisions and build stronger foundations for long-term growth.”
