Asset Advantage strengthens sales and credit team
SME funding provider Asset Advantage has appointed Phoebe Dilly as sales support and credit administrator, strengthening its sales and credit operations as the business continues to grow.
Phoebe joins the Basingstoke-based funder from Aldermore Bank, where she worked as a customer service adviser within its asset finance team, supporting customer and broker enquiries.
Her previous experience also includes a role with BNP Paribas in its collections team.
In her new role, Phoebe will work across Asset Advantage’s sales and credit teams to support funding applications through the underwriting process, with responsibilities spanning documentation, credit checks and administrative support.
Phoebe said: “I am delighted to have joined Asset Advantage and consider myself lucky to be welcomed in by such a great and supportive team.
“I hope to develop my skills here to further my career with Asset Advantage and I am excited to be part of the company's growth.”
Phoebe’s appointment is the latest investment in Asset Advantage's growing team as the funder strengthens its specialist lending capabilities and supports SMEs in the South East and across the UK with access to business finance.
Gary Thompson, sales director at Asset Advantage, added: “Sales support and credit administration are vital to ensuring we deliver the responsive, efficient service our broker partners and customers expect.
“As the business continues to grow in line with rising demand, Phoebe’s enthusiasm and experience will make her a valuable addition to our team.
“We are thrilled to have her on board.”
