Lichfields announces six promotions in London

UK planning and development consultancy Lichfields has announced six promotions in its London office amid continued growth and demand for its services.

Jennifer Woods has been promoted to planning director; Lucy Benbow, Ollie Collins, Josh Hymer and Joe Thompson to associate director; and Caitlin Attrill to senior planner.

Jennifer advises clients across Greater London and the South East on major mixed-use developments and education-led projects.

She also led the successful submission that resulted in Lichfields being named Adviser of the Year at the 2026 Education Property Awards.

Jennifer said: “Working with top clients with a great team of staff has given me this opportunity to progress my career at Lichfields. 

“My focus remains on winning and servicing project work for clients and promoting our services to the education sector across the UK.”

The six promotions reflect the consultancy’s continued investment in its London team as it responds to sustained demand for planning and development services.
