Aaron & Partners announces 15 promotions
Law firm Aaron & Partners has announced 15 promotions across its Chester and Shropshire teams, including four new partners.
At its Chester headquarters, Vicky Burgess, Andrew Hazeldine and Alexandra Chambers have been promoted to partner, alongside compliance, training and support manager Nikki McIntosh, who becomes only the firm’s third non-lawyer partner.
Caroline Scott, Rebecca Christian, Joshua Simpson and Charlotte McCubbin step up to senior associate; Jonathan Moses and Olivia Slade to associate; Jake Ryan to senior marketing executive; and Laura Griffiths to risk & compliance manager.
Meanwhile, in Shropshire, family solicitor Eleanor Piddock has been promoted to senior associate, while corporate and commercial solicitors Abigail Murray and Phoebe Bishton become associates.
Nick Clarke, chief executive at Aaron & Partners, said: “These promotions recognise the talent, commitment and professionalism our people demonstrate every day in supporting our clients.
“As a proudly independent firm, we are able to develop talent from within the firm and create opportunities for our colleagues to build long and rewarding careers with us.
“Investing in our people has always been central to our success, and it’s fantastic to see so many individuals taking the next step in their professional journey.
“The strength of Aaron & Partners has always been our people.
“Whether they are advising clients, supporting colleagues or helping the firm operate effectively behind the scenes, every one of those promoted has made a valuable contribution to our continued success.
“I look forward to seeing each of them continue to thrive in their new roles as we build on the firm's continued growth.”
