LCF Law adds five to team

Yorkshire law firm LCF Law has made five appointments across its Leeds and Bradford offices as it continues to grow its team.

In Leeds, Jenna Leach has joined the corporate team as a legal executive, while Matthew Griffiths and Hannah O’Reilly have been appointed as paralegals in personal law and commercial litigation respectively.

The Bradford office has welcomed Emily Bailey as a solicitor within LCF Residential, alongside Anouska Seedheeyan, who joins the real estate team as a paralegal.

Matthew, Hannah and Anouska will now embark on LCF Law’s solicitor training programme, completing two years of qualifying work experience across four six-month departmental placements.

The appointments take LCF Law's headcount to 149 across Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and Ilkley, with 26 people joining the business since the start of the year.

“Both Emily and Jenna have several years’ experience behind them and are now stepping up to new roles in their preferred fields, which is always exciting.

“In addition, the paralegals will play an important role in our firm, providing essential casework support, conducting legal research and preparing legal documents alongside their experienced colleagues and partners to streamline operations and client communications.

“Our solicitor training contracts are hugely popular and dozens of successful solicitors have completed our programme, which offers comprehensive, hands-on experience across our divisions including corporate, disputes, personal and real estate law. 

“All this provides the foundations for young people to become fully qualified, confident and commercially minded solicitors.”

The firm was also named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list for the second time.
