Sintons strengthens residential property team

Newcastle-based law firm Sintons has appointed Jennifer Morse as a chartered legal executive within its residential property team.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years’ legal experience, having handled a wide range of property transactions during her career with regional law firms.

Her expertise spans residential and commercial sales and purchases, remortgages, buy-to-let investments, unregistered titles and first registrations.

She also previously worked within the property management team of a chartered surveyors firm, giving her broader experience of the property sector alongside her legal expertise.

Jennifer qualified as a chartered legal executive in June 2026 and is also authorised to act as a Commissioner for Oaths.

Jennifer’s appointment adds further experience to Sintons’ residential property team as the firm continues to develop its offering to clients.
