Wellness clinic celebrates five-year milestone

A family-run Sunderland wellness business is celebrating five years of growth after launching during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Infinity Wellness Clinic was founded by Steve, Keri and Olivia McMullen after they identified a gap in the North East market for technology-led, touch-free wellness therapies.

The family had previously travelled across the UK to access alternative therapies themselves before deciding to bring the concept closer to home.

They established the clinic at the North East BIC in Sunderland Enterprise Park, creating a private environment where clients can access a range of contactless treatments.

Five years on, Infinity offers cryotherapy, floatation therapy, infrared sauna and hydrotherapy massage, with its services designed to support relaxation, everyday stress and pain management, and general wellbeing.

The business has also built a loyal client base, attracting customers from across the North East to its Sunderland clinic.

Steve said: “Reaching five years in business makes us incredibly proud. 

“It rarely feels like work because watching our clients’ transformations is so rewarding.

“People walk through our doors carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders, feeling the pressures of everyday life or struggling with pain, and they leave looking happier, more relaxed and, in many cases, telling us they feel free from pain. 

“Seeing clients recommend us to their friends and family means everything to us.

“We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us over the last five years and helped us build the business into what it is today.”
