ALL Capital appoints senior advisor

Surrey-headquartered asset-based lender ALL Capital Management has appointed Adam Johnson as senior advisor to support its business development and extend its market reach.

Adam brings 40 years of commercial lending experience spanning banking, specialty finance and alternative credit markets, with particular expertise in UK and cross-border asset-based lending.

His career has included roles with Barclays, Hill Samuel, Rabobank and West LB, alongside senior positions as head of corporate structured finance at GE Capital UK and head of asset-based lending and working capital solutions at Apollo.

He was also a founding partner of Vertis Capital Partners.

In his new role, Adam will work alongside ALL Capital’s board to develop new business opportunities as the lender continues to expand its support for mid-market companies.

Based at Fetcham Park House in Leatherhead, ALL Capital provides funding facilities typically ranging from £5 million to £20 million.

Its funding solutions can be secured against assets including receivables, inventory, property and machinery, alongside term lending, helping businesses access finance for expansion, acquisitions, working capital and turnaround strategies.
