Knights appoints residential property partner

Legal and professional services business Knights has appointed Sharan Kalsi as partner in its residential property team in Beaconsfield.

Sharan brings 14 years of experience across residential property, advising on areas including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and auction acquisitions.

She has worked with a broad range of clients during her career, from first-time buyers to experienced property investors and developers.

Her expertise also includes supporting developers throughout the lifecycle of projects, from site acquisition through to individual plot sales.

She also has experience advising on affordable housing schemes, including shared ownership, alongside high-value residential transactions.

Sharan said: “It’s an absolute pleasure to join such a talented and ambitious team in Beaconsfield during such an exciting period of growth for the business both here in the Thames Valley and nationally.
