Sills & Betteridge expands Sheffield team

Law firm Sills & Betteridge Incorporating Bell & Buxton has expanded its Sheffield team with the appointments of Natalie Sheldon as partner and Natalie Howard as associate solicitor.

Natalie Sheldon rejoins the firm where she began her legal career, having initially trained with Sills & Betteridge before relocating to Sheffield and building her experience with two South Yorkshire law firms.

She specialises in private wealth matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate and succession planning, trusts and the administration of complex estates.

She is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Natalie Howard joins the commercial property team following previous roles with firms in Leeds and York.

Her experience includes advising investors, developers and other real estate clients on property transactions and the ongoing management of their portfolios.

She also specialises in telecommunications and the Electronic Communications Code, drawing on previous in-house experience with a wireless infrastructure company.

Their appointments add further expertise across private wealth and commercial property as Sills & Betteridge continues to develop its presence and specialist legal offering in Sheffield.

Sheffield branch manager Josh Fenton-Hawkes said: “Appointments of this calibre are key to our team as we build on the significant opportunities created by the merger of Sills & Betteridge and Bell & Buxton Solicitors in September 2025.

“I am delighted to welcome my new colleagues and know they will make important contributions to our future growth.”
