Carter Towler expands role at White Rose Park following successful first year

Leading independent property consultancy Carter Towler is expanding its role at White Rose Park following a highly successful first year overseeing the management of the landmark Leeds business campus on behalf of Munroe K Luxembourg SA.

Having been appointed in 2025 to manage the 535,000 sq ft mixed-use business and education campus, Carter Towler will now also provide office agency services at White Rose Park, strengthening efforts to attract further high-quality occupiers to the scheme.

Situated adjacent to the White Rose Shopping Centre and just 10 minutes from Leeds city centre, White Rose Park spans 26 acres and comprises nine buildings ranging from 10,000 sq ft to 250,000 sq ft. Existing occupiers include Attis Insurance Brokers, Capita, NHS Shared Business Services, NG Bailey, Hisense, VMO2, DAZN and Samsung, alongside educational facilities including Elliott Hudson College and Broomfield SILC, as well as a crèche, HUB restaurant and Starbucks.

Over the past 12 months, Carter Towler’s property management team has worked closely with White Rose Park and Munroe K to enhance operational efficiencies across the estate, improve occupier engagement and support continued leasing activity across the park.
