PKF Littlejohn appoints regulatory partner

Accountancy and advisory firm PKF Littlejohn has appointed Marc Ireland as partner to lead a new regulatory consulting service for the financial services sector.

Marc brings more than 25 years’ experience in financial services regulation and compliance, having built and led regulatory advisory teams at Big Four firms and specialist consultancies.

He has advised a broad range of financial services businesses and worked extensively across the regulatory community.

In his new role, Marc will provide specialist risk, regulatory and compliance advice, supporting firms with areas including regulatory authorisations, compliance reviews, gap assessments, remediation and transformation programmes.

He will also provide regulatory expertise across PKF Littlejohn’s existing external and internal audit, transaction services and restructuring teams.

The new service forms part of the firm’s continued investment in expanding its specialist advisory offering for financial services clients.
