Rural Solutions strengthens architecture team

Skipton-based rural land and property practice Rural Solutions has appointed Keith Southernwood as senior architectural technologist as it strengthens its architecture team.

Keith brings extensive experience across residential design, construction and development and joins the practice at its Skipton office.

He previously spent several years as construction director at residential developer Candelisa and has also held architectural roles with Watson Batty Architects, where he gained experience across the planning, design and delivery process.

His combination of architectural and developer-side experience will support Rural Solutions’ technical design capabilities, particularly across residential developments and projects in rural and sensitive locations.

With strong links to the Skipton area, Keith will work with landowners, developers and private clients on projects across the UK.

“Having been a client of the firm, I was attracted by the breadth of work the practice undertakes and its focus on creating high-quality development that responds to its rural setting.

Rural Solutions provides consultancy, planning and design services for rural land and property, with expertise spanning strategy, planning, architecture, landscape and project management.
