QFM nets new Rovers partnership
A restaurant franchise operator has renewed its backing of a South Yorkshire football club for the 2026/27 season.
QFM Group, which operates a large network of KFC and Taco Bell restaurants, will continue as a Gold Partner of Club Doncaster’s Club150, supporting Doncaster Rovers for a second year.
As part of the multi-year partnership, the KFC and Taco Bell brands will feature on the club’s shorts at home and away fixtures throughout the season.
Laura Hemstock, head of sales at Club Doncaster, said: “We’re delighted to welcome QFM Group back as a Gold Partner for another season.
“The partnership has been a great success in its first year, and it’s fantastic to continue working with a business that has such strong roots in Doncaster and a genuine commitment to the local community.
“Having both KFC and Taco Bell represented on the Rovers shorts provides excellent exposure for the brands, while the partnership itself demonstrates the value of bringing together local businesses and the football club.
“We look forward to building on the relationship throughout the 2026/27 season.”
Founded in 1982, QFM Group has grown into one of the UK’s largest multi-brand restaurant franchise operators and has a significant presence across Doncaster and the wider South Yorkshire area.
The company says its continued support reflects its commitment to the city, where it operates a number of restaurants and employs local people.
The partnership also forms part of QFM Group’s wider support for grassroots and community sport across the region.
Kishan Patel, from QFM Group, added: “We are delighted to be able to partner with Doncaster Rovers Football Club for another year.
“Doncaster has been an important part of our business for many years, and we are thrilled to be able to support the club and the wider city through our sponsorship.”
