Brave Bison appoints product lead

Digital agency Brave Bison, headquartered in London, has appointed Sian Dalton as product lead in a newly-created role as it continues to invest in its product and technology capabilities.

Sian joins from WPP, where she was senior product owner for WPP Open, its AI-powered marketing operating system.

During her time there, she led development of a new work management SaaS platform and took on product lead responsibilities across three enterprise SaaS areas, helping shape product strategy and roadmaps.

She has also held senior product roles at Publicis Groupe, where she led the rollout of a project and resource management platform across the majority of its US agencies, alongside earlier roles at BBH.

Reporting to vice president of product and technology Vaughan Eveleigh, Sian will oversee priorities and outcomes for Brave Bison’s product delivery team.

Sian said: “What drew me to this role is the ownership it comes with, deciding what gets built and why, not just managing delivery.

“After years in a large matrix organisation, being able to make a call and see it through to a visible outcome is what made this an easy decision.

“Brave Bison’s focus on outcomes over outputs really resonates with how I like to work, and I’m looking forward to building things with real impact.”

Sian’s appointment is designed to strengthen ownership of the agency’s product roadmap and ensure group and business priorities are translated effectively into delivery.

Vaughan added: “Sian brings deep experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms and leading product teams through complex delivery, exactly the mindset we need as we build out Brave Bison’s product capability.

“Her track record at Publicis Groupe and WPP shows she can turn ambiguity into a clear roadmap and deliver against it.

“We’re excited to have her leading the product delivery team.”
