Channel Factory promotes UK manager

Global contextual advertising company Channel Factory has promoted Juliet McCutcheon to country manager UK as it continues to expand its business and proposition.

Juliet, who has served as commercial director UK since 2023, will report to EMEA managing director Rob Blake and take responsibility for the continued growth of the UK operation.

She will lead commercial development, client relationships, market strategy and talent development, working alongside Rob and the wider EMEA leadership team.

Juliet said: “Stepping into the UK country manager role is an exciting next chapter.

“I’m looking forward to working closely with Rob and the wider EMEA leadership team alongside our UK team and clients, to build on the momentum and continue growing the business in the UK.

“There is a real opportunity to continue evolving our proposition as advertisers look for greater performance, suitability and contextual relevance from their media investment.

“We’re now bringing the same quality of solution and service we’re known for on YouTube across the walled gardens.

“I’m excited to help shape that next phase of growth while continuing to invest in our people and client relationships.”

The promotion follows a period of strong commercial growth for Channel Factory, with Juliet helping broaden its proposition beyond its traditional YouTube focus and grow its wider social offering.

She joined Channel Factory as sales manager in 2019, having previously held the same role at advertising technology platform Amobee.

Earlier in her career, Juliet spent three years at media agency OMD, where she worked as digital manager.

Rob Blake, managing director of EMEA at Channel Factory, added: “Juliet has been key to the development of our UK business and has built an exceptional understanding of our clients, our proposition and the market.

“Her progression from sales manager to commercial director and now country manager UK reflects the contribution she has made to Channel Factory’s growth.

“The UK is an important market for us, and Juliet is the perfect person to lead the next phase of that growth.

“She combines strong commercial experience with a deep understanding of our clients and the changing media landscape, and I’m looking forward to working closely with her as she takes on this broader responsibility.”
