WAA Chosen appoints client services director
Sutton Coldfield-based marketing agency WAA Chosen has appointed Claire Whitehead as client services director to lead its client services team and support a wide portfolio of accounts.
Claire brings extensive marketing experience across sectors including hospitality and automotive, having worked with brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Mitchells & Butlers and Stonegate.
In her new role, she will oversee the agency’s client services function and work across its specialist industry teams.
Claire said: “I am delighted to join WAA Chosen at such an exciting time.
“The agency has an incredible client portfolio, people-focused culture, and ambitious plans for the next chapter.
“I’m looking forward to playing my part and building on the many multi-year client relationships the agency has, leading our teams to deliver work that gets our client brands chosen more often.”
Claire’s appointment comes during a milestone year for WAA Chosen, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary and has transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust.
The agency employs more than 45 people across specialist hubs covering food and drink, automotive, and building and construction.
Its client list includes high-profile businesses such as Diageo, Volkswagen Group and Tarmac.
